About 2,000 years ago, outside of the Jewish City of Jerusalem, the Roman occupational army began the practice of executing Jews who were perceived as troublesome to the Roman authorities. Among the many was Jesus. This innocent Jew who thought his sacrifice will bring redemption to the world, died in suffering. Blind, irrational hatred and utter ignorance continue to persist throughout history.
